This page explains the public Workflow Proof offer in plain language. A specific proof only begins after Racoben and the customer agree the scope, acceptance checks, usable sample inputs, price, and confirmed start date in writing.
The $299 proof
- One narrowly defined input-to-output workflow.
- A working proof built against agreed, non-sensitive sample data.
- A walkthrough and comparison against the acceptance checks agreed before payment.
- The $299 proof fee is credited toward a later production build if the customer chooses to continue.
What it is not
The proof is not a production deployment, an unlimited custom application, a promise to integrate with every third-party system, or permission for Racoben to take live actions in a customer’s business.
Timing
The one-business-day build window begins only after scope and acceptance checks are agreed, usable sample inputs and payment are received, and Racoben confirms the start date. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not business days.
If the agreed checks fail
Racoben first gets an agreed correction window. If the proof still does not satisfy the written acceptance checks, the proof fee is refunded. The customer is never required to purchase a production build.
Production is separate
Authentication, live integrations, hosting, monitoring, support, usage limits, third-party costs, sensitive-data handling, and external actions are scoped separately. Public pricing shows starting points, not a quote for an unknown workflow.
