WORKFLOW INTAKE / PRIVACY
Keep the first note simple.
The Workflow Proof intake is for business contact information and a general description of a repetitive task. Please do not submit passwords, API keys, customer files, government identifiers, payment-card data, medical information, financial account information, or other regulated or highly sensitive data.
What we collect
When you submit the form, Racoben stores the name, work email, business or team name, workflow category, your workflow description, desired result, tools you mention, frequency, submission time, and limited anti-abuse data derived from the request.
Why we use it
We use the submission to evaluate whether a narrowly scoped Workflow Proof is a fit, to contact you about that request, and to protect the form from automated abuse. Submitting the form does not purchase a service or authorize access to your systems.
What happens next
If a proof looks feasible, data handling for sample files or any later production system is agreed separately. The public intake is intentionally not a file-upload channel.
Questions or deletion requests
Email hello@racoben.com from the address used for the submission and reference the business name. We can locate the intake and handle a correction or deletion request.
