RACOBEN ENGINEERING / PRIVACY
Keep your first note simple.
This page covers consultation requests and MVP Kickoff webinar registrations with Racoben Engineering.
Requesting a consultation by email
The consultation contact page displays a copyable email address and links to a Gmail compose window. Copying the address or opening a draft does not send a message or save a website form submission. You review and send the email yourself.
If you send a request, Racoben receives your sender address and the message you choose to include, such as your app idea and availability. We use that information to review your request and reply about a consultation. An appointment is confirmed after we reply.
Website forms and webinar registration
The website uses email for consultation requests. The free MVP Kickoff form collects your email and, only if you choose, a point-of-contact name, app or company idea name, and short description of what you envision building. No phone number or payment details are requested.
When you register, Racoben privately stores your normalized email with the database-recorded UTC acceptance time, signup order, and the event-contact notice in effect. Exact retries and duplicate emails preserve the original acceptance time and signup position. We use the record to administer this event, send joining details and reminders, and review the published signup-position offers. Registration does not subscribe you to a newsletter or future events, purchase a development package, or authorize a payment.
Registration is processed by our existing Vercel-hosted website and stored in our existing Supabase database. Contact details, idea descriptions, signup times, and individual positions are not displayed publicly. To limit automated abuse, the server creates a keyed fingerprint from connection information; the registration database does not store your raw IP address. Infrastructure providers may maintain their normal service and security logs.
You receive an on-screen confirmation after storage succeeds. Automatic receipt emails are not currently sent. We’ll email the confirmed start time and private joining details before the event.
What to leave out
Keep the first description general. Do not send passwords, API keys, private customer records, payment-card details, financial account information, health information, or other sensitive data. This first contact is not a request for access to your systems.
Earlier workflow inquiries and privacy questions
The former Workflow Proof form is no longer the website's intake route. If you previously sent a workflow inquiry, or want to ask about information you have sent to Racoben, email contact@racoben.com. Use the address you contacted us from and include any request reference you have when asking about a correction or deletion.
