Client hosting and merchant readiness, deployment access, platform costs, support, and delivery dates require agreement. Scoped commerce acceptance covers checkout, verified payment webhook, and the resulting order/access. App-store approval is not promised.

What is delivered
Only the named deliverables and acceptance checks in the agreed web or mobile scope. Designs, mockups, and wireframes include three revision rounds.
Scope changes
Extra features, integrations, code changes, and later scope changes need a separate agreement. No unlimited-build commitment.
Price and charge timing
The standard direct-client full package is $5,000 USD without webinar signup. Campaign package prices follow the published signup schedule. Eligibility where applicable, final total, tax or fees, and charge timing must be confirmed before checkout.
Timing and acceptance
Not set. Start conditions, delivery date, review period, correction window, and acceptance process must be agreed in writing.
Cancellation and refunds
Not set. Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms must be approved and shown before purchase.
Ownership and ongoing service
Not set. IP/ownership, handoff, hosting duration, third-party costs, support, and data handling must be agreed before purchase.
